Reviewer Policy

JSCER Reviewers play a central role in scholarly publishing. JSCER uses double-blind peer review process, which means that both the reviewer(s) and author(s) identities are concealed from the reviewer(s), and vice versa, throughout the review process. Reviewer(s) of the paper will not know the identity of the original author(s), and the author(s) never to know the identity of the reviewer(s). Peer review supports certify research, establish a method by which it can be evaluated, and increase networking possibilities within research societies. Despite disapprovals, peer review is still the only widely accepted method for research validation. All submitted manuscript reviewed by double blind peer review process which may take minimum 01 to 03 weeks from the date of submission as We are advising to all the author(s),

Stage 1: Chief-Editor will review the initial screening of the manuscript like plagiarism and Format
Stage 2: Editor will forward the approved Manuscript to chosen reviewers
Stage 3: Comments on manuscript are given by referees will forward to author.
Stage 4: After Final revision of author manuscript will be published

All articles submitted to JSCER are subject to peer review (Closed Review). The ethics followed for reviewing manuscript are:

2.Contemporary relevance,
3.Clarity and logic in analysis,
4.Research Methodology (for research articles),
5.Consequences for intervention,
6.Relevance of references, and Language, its use and flow
